Pricing Structure
Notion's 2026 pricing has four tiers: Free, Plus at $10/user/month (billed annually), Business at $20/user/month (billed annually), and custom-priced Enterprise.
AI Access Restructured
Since early 2026, Notion AI is no longer sold as a standalone add-on. Full AI access is now bundled exclusively into the Business and Enterprise tiers; Plus and Free users retain only basic AI writing features. This replaced the previous standalone $10/month AI add-on.
New Features
Notion 3.3, released in February 2026, introduced Custom Agents — user-buildable specialized AI workflows. As of May 2026, Custom Agents run on a metered credit system priced at $10 per 1,000 monthly Notion credits (no rollover), on top of a Business or Enterprise seat. Agents can now read and generate PPTX, XLSX, DOCX, and PDF files directly.
