App ("we", "the service") provides software tools and services. By using this service you agree to these terms.
The service is provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
Cookies & Session Data
We use a single, technically necessary session cookie. This cookie is strictly required for the service to function and does not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

Accounts
You may use the service without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We store only your email, hashed password, and the preferences you set.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Progressive Web App & Offline Mode
The service can be installed on your device directly from your browser (e.g. via "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"). This installation happens entirely through your browser — the app is not distributed through an app store, and no separate app-store terms apply beyond these Terms of Use.
Once installed, some pages and static files are cached on your device so the app can open and remain partially usable without an internet connection. Content shown offline may be outdated compared to the live site, and some actions — signing in, AI features, and saving documents to the server — require an active connection and are unavailable offline.
Offline availability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It depends on your browser and device, can be affected by cache storage limits or eviction outside of our control, and is not guaranteed — we are not liable for data loss or unavailability caused by it.
The next time you open or reload the app while online, your browser automatically checks the cached files for updates and applies them — no manual update step or separate confirmation is required. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the current version of these Terms.
